The owner of a furniture store in Middleborough is looking to expand. Problem is this lovely, albeit dilapidated 1876 Italianate is in the way. So the owner, Robert Saquet, is looking to give the place to anyone willing to move it from its current location on a bustling commercial strip, to more peaceful environs elsewhere. The house, originally built for a 19th-century businessman named Otis Briggs, was once part of a complex of livery stables, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
